Is organizing just well-planned hoarding?

Ultimately, organizing is well-planned hoarding. - the minimalists

Unfortunately, I agree with this completely because I too had and still do have excess of so many things often needs organizing and reorganizing.

Some excess comes from social pressure - a dining set for 12, a new set of clothes for birthdays or holidays. Some excess enters or hombres without even thinking about it - an extra box is cereal, the back up off cleaning solution etc.

Simply being mindful of what you allow into your home will greatly reduce the stuff you own and have to later discard.
